MPPIA Adopts Reel Green Sustainability Code

MPPIA’s Environment Committee has established The MPPIA Reel Green Member Sustainability Code (Reel Green Code) as a measure of environmental responsibility. The Reel Green Code is intended to provide a general checklist for good practices that have been, or can be accomplished, and to recognize that accomplishment. By adopting the code, MPPIA members hope to influence others across the production sector to attain at least the minimum Reel Green Code requirements. The intent is to help minimize the industry’s environmental impact, and continue to grow our reputation as frontrunners in environmental stewardship. It is worth noting that environmentally sustainable practices have become corporate policy among BC’s major US clients.
